- You are new to Granite School District
- You are new to the boundary of Olympus Junior High School
- You are a new student from outside of Utah
- A 5th grade student coming from Crestview, Howard R. Driggs or Cottonwood Elementary school **Please see the 6th grade registration page
- A student who attended Olympus Jr. High last year or this year
To register a new student at Olympus Junior High, please do the following:
1. Use the School Search Map to verify that your address is within our school boundary. If you do not live in the boundary, you must fill out an open enrollment application. More information is found here.
2. Start the process by logging in or creating an account with the Granite School District Parent Portal. Then complete the rest of the process through Focus or download the Granite Schools Community App. Download the step-by-step guide here.
3. Please call our registrar, Ms. Birrell, at 385-646-3601, to set up an appointment.
4. For your appointment, you will need to provide physical copies of the following documents:
5. Once a student is registered as a student at Olympus Junior High, they will select classes and their counselor will create a schedule for the student. To assist in selecting classes, please look at our course descriptions here.

- Up-to-date immunization record
- Proof of address with legal parent/guardian's name (i.e., lease agreement, bank statement, utility bill, mortgage bill)
- Name and address of previous school
- Any documentation from previous school including 504 or IEP if applicable
